The Dragonfly team have an excellent reputation as facilitators of learning. The first step in the process is deep listening. We help you explore and articulate your needs and then work with you to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for your team, whatever size.

Before we begin, we collaborate with you to plan a unique training experience. We build solutions for your needs, taking account the principles of adult learning, learning styles and preferences. We negotiate draft outlines until you are completely happy.

In training sessions we offer well-researched input and use a range of media to provide stimulus for reflection and conversation. Our processes are refined according to the size and needs of the group. Our training sessions are dynamic, interactive and supported with practical tools and resources.

High-level facilitation skills allow us to assist groups experience success with complex and challenging conversations.
