Coaching is delivered through regular 45 minute conversations, in person or on the phone, with optional phone or email support between sessions. Some clients choose to use a range of tools during the coaching relationship to assist with reflections, skill assessment and behaviour analysis. One powerful tool is PRINT. At the first session, coach and coachee agree on starting goals and outline a timeframe. This forms the basis of a powerful and creative coaching relationship.
